50% charge applies between 10 to 5 days prior to arrival date.
100% charge applies for no shows and cancellations within 72 hrs prior to arrival date.
In case of change, this must be notify with at least 2 days prior to transfer service.
Does not include gratuities for drivers.
If additional welcome amenities are needed such as snacks or any other type of beverages must be requested with at least 5 days in advance and a surge charge may apply.
If client needs a baby car seat must be requested at reservation time and a $20 USD cash fee applies that must be covered upon at arrival per car seat. Important due to security reasons, parents must locate the car seat in the vehicle.
