TEAM REGISTRATION

All teams must be registered before July 1st, to take advantage of the promotion fee of $575.00 American US dollars.
From July 2nd on a fee of $680 USD applies per registered team.
No refund applies for team fees.

TOURNAMENT PLAYER FEES TERMS & CONDITIONS

Player fee is in American US dollars per person, non-commissionable.
All players staying at host hotel must book a room using MUERTOS25 code click here .
Valid until August 31st, 2025 after that date is subject to changes or availability.
Player registrations must be prepaid at booking time to receive confirmation.
Transportation service to the fields is subject to the tournament program, transfers apply only from/to Sheraton Buganvilias Resort host hotel.
Boosters players must cover the player fee per team (if they play in two teams their participation in the second team applies a fee of 165 USD per player).

CANCELATION POLICY FOR PLAYER FEES:

In case of cancelation this can be before September 15th, 2025, applies a penalty of 50% of player fee charge.
In case of cancelation from September 16th, 2025 on, applies a full player fee charge.
All ?No Shows? applies a full player fee charge. Does not apply refunds.

Once you book your room you will receive from the Sheraton Buganvilias Resort reservations department a link with the amount of one night charge to guarantee your room, the rest of the nights will be charge upon arrival to hotel, if you want to be charge full, you can send an email to carlos.miramontes@sheratonvallarta.com who will send you a link with the total amount of your stay.
Important once you receive email with credit card authorization, please complete the info as it is in your credit card, don?t miss a letter or cut a name, otherwise the charge cannot be process instead will mark an error and hotel will need to send a new link to complete.
