GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

NAT TRAVEL makes arrangements with independent companies to provide tour services. We take the appropriate measures to ensure that these are carried out during your visit, however we do not accept any responsibility for the actions, omissions, etc. of these companies, since we have no direct control over them. Likewise, we thank you for keeping in mind that we do not control factors such as: weather, government actions, mechanical breakdowns, physical or mental illnesses, nor are we responsible for losses or damages suffered during activities, whether physical, emotional or in your case loss of objects or economic values caused by these factors. If you believe that there is a claim against them, we will provide all reasonable assistance we can to resolve it.



PAYMENT POLICY:

If by any reason the services above stated change, rates quoted in this Contract will be invalid and can be renegotiated. The above services will be maintained subject to the timely receipt by NAT TRAVEL of the deposits outlined in this Agreement; this Contract will be considered definite upon receipt of this Agreement duly signed and receipt of the initial deposit made by the COMPANY and received by NAT TRAVEL. Applicable deposits are as listed below: 1- Payment of the tour or activity booked must be fully paid 30 days prior of the tour date to guarantee the service. Payment will be applied to the Master Account. This payment is non-refundable unless fails to provide the services contracted by the COMPANY for any reason in which case deposit would be refunded in full minus any approved expenses already paid on behalf of the group. 2- Final balance including miscellaneous and additional charges not stated in this contract should be settled no later than the group departure date. All additional not programmed services not included in this contract always has to be authorized in advance in writing by the Group responsible in order to avoid misunderstanding (please notify name of authorized Company Executives).



SERVICES ATTRITION:

1- Between (45) days and (30) days prior to arrival (10%) of the services contracted may be cancelled without an attrition fee. Any services canceled above (10%) will be charged a fee equal to (25%) of the cost.
2- Between (60) days and (31) days prior to arrival (10%) of the services contracted may be cancelled without an attrition fee. Any services canceled above (10%) will be charged a fee equal to (50%) of the cost.
3- Between (30) days and (16) days prior to arrival (5%) of the services contracted may be cancelled without an attrition fee. Any services canceled above (5%) will be charged a fee equal to (75%) of the cost.
4- Between (15) days and the date of arrival, any service canceled will be charged a fee equal to the full cost of the services above stated.



CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

Any cancellation may be refunded under the following circumstances:

1.- If we are notified via email ventas@northamericantravel.net 30 days before the beginning of the activity 90% Refund applies
2.- If the cancellation is within 15 days before the beginning of the activity, 50% refund applies.
3.- Less than 10 days before or NO SHOW NO refund applies. Full charge applies.
4.- No cancellations, refunds or changes of dates apply in any promotion.
5.- In case the tour or activity is canceled by NAT Travel, full refund applies.
6.- All reimbursement applies once if it is notified in written to NAT Travel. ventas@northamericantravel.net
